our goal is to determine if we can do either an in person or virtual estimate immediately once we receive your request and work on scheduling you immediately for that estimate, sometimes same day scheduling if we can get all we need from you

we will have an estimate out to you within 24 hours or less once we either come out to your home or get information to do a virtual estimate for you

You will receive an email reminder that we’re coming at a certain day and time.  You will also get a text message from your technician when they’re on their way to your home

With our Residential Membership Program, we help with coordinating your consistently-scheduled appointments, ensuring your tasks never remain on your list for very long. And better yet, you save money doing it!

Our biggest savings most customers will see is is with the waived dispatch fee’s, we charge $95 per technician per visit as a dispatch fee.  If you have us come out to do work on our home twice per year or two people coming out in one visit it will pay for itself to be our bronze member.  Our goal is to thank our existing customers!!

Cost per hour for one technician $95 hour, full hours with no partial discounts.  A to Z reserves the right to add additional technicians for certain work with additional hourly labor costs.  The above memberships do not include the cost of materials needed to do any of the work that the customer would ask of our employee during included hours of work.  A to Z will furnish receipts for materials upon request with 40% markup added for all materials.  Material costs would be added to every invoice and automatically charge to the payment method on file for the membership program.  Membership can be canceled at any time. Hours can be transferred to other times or family/friends, waived dispatch fees cannot be transferred.  Minimum of 6 months on any program must be paid, early termination fee would apply with outstanding months unpaid.  These membership programs are available to all existing customers, not new customers that have not previously had work done by A to Z Family Business.  These membership programs are intended and available only to residential property owners with no more than one property.
