A to Z offers a five step process to ensure your project is executed flawlessly to your expectations
From the first initial email or phone call, until after we clean up post project, we strive to provide a smooth and positive experience. Here’s what you can expect from us throughout your project.
We want to gather as much information as possible, whether it’s virtual or in person the more information we know the better prepared we can be for your project
Our goal is to prove to you why we’re so different than other contractors or companies. You will notice this through our communication every step of the way to finishing your job on time
We find ways daily to ensure we’re as efficient as possible, how we communicate with you, order materials, take payments to the work done at your home the process should be flawless and efficient
The belief that any setback (they happen) will not stop us from getting your project done, we’re confident and sure of success!
We’re loyal, our goal is that we can be a one call for any homeowner no matter what you need done. We provide loyal service and we’re always reliable

It goes well beyond what you may have experienced with other contractors, it’s unlike anything you have experienced before. We mostly come from a hospitality background, customer service is in our blood. We strive each day to uphold our core values which is what organically allows this process to flow so fluidly

We love feedback, it’s how we get better. We’re constantly going over our processes and procedures each day to think about how we can ensure the entire process if flawless!
I guess I can walk you through how it will feel to you
Step One – you’re going to reach out to us through any of our channels (call, text, email, social, yelp, google, etc)
Step Two – we’re going to get back to you, typically in less than 24 hours. We’re going to schedule either an in person estimate or get you a virtual estimate sent out
Step Three – once you accept the estimate through our easy to use portal you will get an automatic email from us with a Calendy link to schedule a time to chat with our scheduling team
Step Four – Our scheduling team will go over the process with, get you setup with the start and end date to your job and ensure you get confirmation emails and reminders via email and text and lastly get your payment information saved
Step Five – we show up to do the work, we show up on time and ready to start your job. Our team will show up in a company vehicle with our logo shirts on.
Step Six – you’re happy with the work we have done and entire process, we ask you for a review
